Our heart-shaped foil balloon with a cheerful baby mobile in pastel colors offers the perfect place for your personal message. The balloon has a white background that beautifully shows off your message. A few small golden stars float in the background, giving the balloon a soft, festive glow. Simply write on it with a soft, waterproof pen. (Please note: Please do not use sharp pens to avoid damaging the balloon.)

For latex balloons, the measurement refers to the circumference when fully inflated. We recommend filling latex balloons a little smaller to reduce sensitivity.
- Latex balloons only hold helium for a limited time, usually 6-8 hours, depending on the size and quality of the helium.
